A Garden Floral is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather or unforeseen conditions. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Hotel delivery-Each hotel has its own floral and gift basket delivery policies that we must adhere to. A Garden Floral is required to leave deliveries at either the concierge, bell or guest service desks. We will receive a signature upon delivery and will not be held responsible for gifts that are lost, stolen or not delivered to the appropriate room by hotel staff. If your order is not delivered in a timely matter we advise the purchaser to contact the hotel.
